When a refund is requested:

If a refund is requested 15 or more days before your course, the cancellation fee is 50 percent of the deposit paid.

If a refund is requested 11-14 days before your course, the cancellation fee is 75 percent of the deposit paid.

No refunds will be given with 10 or fewer days' notice of cancellation; 

No refunds will be given for students who do not attend class; and 

No refunds will be given for early departure from any course.

A "no-show" or an early departure from any course will result in a total forfeiture of the amount paid.

Registering for class, scheduling driving dates, and rescheduling classes and driving appointments must be handled in person in our office. This procedure helps us avoid placing parents and teenagers on hold for extended periods of time during scheduling conferences.
