Basic Tennessee Teenager Driver Training Course

      You are not guaranteed a seat in the class that you request until your deposit of $200 is received by our office and the class availability is confirmed.  Early registration is welcomed and encouraged.

Completing the Registration Process

If we receive your reservation form and your $200.00 deposit (or early payment-in-full), we will place you on the class roster unless the class you have requested is full.   If you wish to choose the dates for your in-car instruction before the first day of class, please come into our office and schedule your driving dates with our staff.  We will be happy to work with your schedule.  By coming into the office before the first day of class, you get the best possible driving dates for your family.  Driving dates must be schedule in-person, in our office, and may not be scheduled or rescheduled over the phone prior to the first day of class.  Registration is not complete until full payment is made and we have received the completed registration packet.

Private Driving Instruction

If you do not need to complete 30 hours of classroom instruction and would just like to have private driving lessons, please call our office for information.   The number to call is (901) 755-6777.  We offer private driving lessons (when driving instructors are available) on a first-come-first-serve basis.  The fee for private driving lessons is based on a $75 hourly rate -- you are able to decide how many hours of driving lessons you would like to have. Private driving lessons are recommended for students who are not trying to receive a discount from an insurance company and for students who have completed Max's teenager driver training course and still need further instruction (to gain confidence or to better their driving skills).

Simulator Instruction

If you do not need to complete 30 hours of classroom instruction and would just like to better your specific driving skills for certain situations, please call our office for information.   The number to call is (901) 755-6777.  We offer simulator driving lessons (when the simulators are available) on a first-come-first-serve basis.  The fee for simulator driving lessons is based on a $40 hourly rate -- Parents decide how many hours of simulator lessons they would like their child to have. Simulator driving lessons are recommended for students who are not trying to receive a discount from an insurance company and for students who have completed Max's teenager driver training course and still need further instruction (to gain confidence or to better their driving skills).  Simulator driving lessons are also recommended for adults, senior citizens, and students requiring rehabilitation in driver training.  Young teenagers (13-14 years old) may sign up for simulator driving lessons prior to taking the Basic Tennessee Teenager Driver Training Course.
